Find a service (link to section)

Open Catalogue under Services to find a service. The service’s overview, builder, preview, review, and version history serve different parts of its lifecycle.

Use the builder to work on a draft. Use preview to experience that draft before asking someone to review or publish it.

Read The service builder for the relationship between a form and its route.

Find a case (link to section)

Open Cases under Work. Filter the list to narrow the requests you need to process, then open a case to see its details and available work.

A case is a submitted request, rather than a copy of the service draft you can edit. Follow Cases and tasks for day-to-day processing.

Keep the organization context in view (link to section)

Services, cases, templates, and staff access belong to an organization. Check the selected municipality before editing a service or changing access.

An option missing from your screen may reflect your permissions rather than a problem with the page. Ask an administrator to confirm the role you need.
