Case (link to section)
One submitted request and the work attached to it, including answers, files, tasks, decisions, and history. See Cases and tasks.
Civi (link to section)
Civiture’s AI assistant. In the service builder, Civi proposes draft changes for a person to review and accept or reject. See Work with Civi.
Draft (link to section)
The editable configuration of a service. Saving a draft does not replace the published service.
Facility and space (link to section)
A facility is a building or site. A space is a bookable area within it. A combined space groups spaces that must be reserved together. See Set up facilities.
Form (link to section)
The pages and questions used to collect information from the applicant. See Forms and questions.
Organization (link to section)

A complete municipal process, such as a permit application or hall rental, with a form and a route to an outcome.
Submission (link to section)
The information an applicant sends through a published service. A valid submission creates a case for processing.
Task (link to section)
Work assigned to staff as part of a case’s route. A decision step records an outcome that determines what happens next.
Template (link to section)
A reusable starting point. Service templates start a process; document and email templates supply reusable content. See Documents and emails.
